Today's diary

Well,I'm counting the days until December come and you have no idea how I'm so excited about this. Of course I'm excited! The whole family will be together this year and maann... we're gonna rock North Sumatera, hell yeah! We're gonna do a trip around it. In case you wonder, North Sumatera is one of dozens provinces in Indonesia and i live in Medan, the capital of it. Ok enough with the geography lesson. So,what's so good about it? The good thing is,there'll be tons of pictures from the trip!Awesome. I've never celebrated Christmas in village before though. We used to celebrate it in Medan or Bandung, where my grand parents are there. I've never been out of this country too (so poor,I know *sigh*) but maybe someday we will.

These photos were taken at Sun Plaza's parking lot. We went to church first in the morning and then headed to Sun Plaza because I have a kind of 'little' performance sponsored by Yamaha Music School (Era Musika),a place where I got my electone lessons. Yeah, electone! Don't you know electone? Well, you're not a cool person if you don't then hahaha. Just kidding. It's more like organ but in the electronic version.

See? That's me playing the electone. It was actually a duet of electone and piano (My friend Josephine played it). The song is Turkey's March :)

(Sorry about the bad quality of the picture :p)

Aaaand, this is me and Josephine (at the rightmost) with Yamaha Boys/Young Boys! From left to right,Yongki,Kenan, and Dionisius. If you haven't known about them, then you should! These boys are such talented performers and I must say that they're so cute and funny, hahahaaa.

Random

Heyhey! It's not an outfit post (again),sorry haha. So I went to a seminar about studying abroad and there was also been held an education fair (yes,I'm really dying for studying abroad!) so me and Gladys decided to find some scholarships there but apparently...we didn't find the perfect one for us. Or maybe we couldn't? I don't know. Well,it was rainy outside so there I was, holding my cutie umbrella :)

Got free breakfast and lunch! #mentalgratisan

Was taking picture in toilet. Yes,every girl in Medan has such a 'weird' habit related with narcism. Taking pictures in toilet!

New header

Yep,a new header! Thanks so much to Vania for making this beautiful drawing for me. Actually at first I was the one who requested. She made it by using Graffiti application on Facebook. I don't even know how you can make a drawing using 'mouse' untill I saw the result and it's oh-so-me! I couldn't help myself but making her drawing as a new header of my blog, hahaha. This picture above is the original one but I edited it a little bit. You can see some of her artworks here. Once again, thanks a lot,Van! You're the best! :D

I'm terribly sorry for not posting an outfit post today. Still in the mid semester exam days, pardon me. I have one exam left and just can't wait for the next outfit post! Yeay!

Anyway, found this Super Bass (Nicki Minaj) video on Youtube covered by @KarminMusic. Super cool!

One of those best days

Some pictures of us on the holiday few months ago, playing around Kesawan area. The buildings are cool. Idon't know how to describe it,but they're as awesome as the old buildings you've ever seen. Believe me. I heard it was mostly built since a very long ago, I don't know the exact details. Too bad we just focused on ourselves, not the buildings hahaha. It was the three of us actually;me,Gladys, and Tibby. Well,Tibby prefered to play as photographer (again) so it's just me and Gladys who were in these pictures :p

Gladys,biting the pizza RAWRR!!

Well, this is Tibby. She just graduated about a month ago and she's the first of us! Once again CONGRATULATIONS,sweetie! God bless your new path :*

P.S she's pretty,right? We're all pretty! LOL

Well, just wanna make it quick (and it's also scheduled). This is what I wore on last Sunday, went to church with a sincere heart. Being a good girl is important! :)

Overdose

Bruno Mars - The Lazy Song

Oh please, not that kind of overdose. I currently can't lift my ass up from the seat in front of my laptop. Since the great Wi-fi was here, I almost spent my time for browsing, playing online games, facebooking, tweeting, or even just blogwalking every day. Seriously, EVERYDAY! Geez. No wonder I got some weight lately. My mom even looks so stressful because I rarely help her with the housework hahaha. I'm so sorry, mom. I do have to relieve this bad habit. Gonna divert my attention to study! (or anything else besides playing my laptop). Promise! *crossing fingers

The most interesting thing from wearing a vintage stuff is about knowing the history behind it. This dress was used to be my grandma's but now now it is inherited to me. It was a long dress though, but then I decided to cut it short. The collar is my favourite. It's a lace collar as you can see. Pretty, right?

So sorry for the bad quality pictures. I do wish I could have a DSLR camera, or at least have someone who take my outfit photos with his camera. Hahaha.

Yeah, from the picture you can see that these boots are oversized to me, but what else I can say? I'm in love with them! I just have to buy them.

That cute dog-printed bag

The Paper Kites - Bloom

Hello from Medan! These photos were taken a few days ago and this post is scheduled also. I thought there wouldn't be enough time for me to make an outfit post because of my preparation for the mid semester exam (Yes,I'm totally a geek when the exam days come).

So,about this outfit, I paired my most-frequently-used cardi in pumpkin colour with thrifted shorts which has been shortened manually by me (believe me,no sewing machine is needed and that's why you can see the thread emerges from my shorts HAHAHAHA). I also am currently in love with this bowie belt. It's cute!

Anyway, remember my previous post about me winning the Fashion Tag of the Month for August on Gogirl! website? Well, Gogirl! crew had kindly sent me these cute little bag and clutch from Utopia few days ago. They've been stucked in my room for like ages so I guess it's time for one of them to come forth, and I chose this bag below :)

Do mind my awkward pose :p
