Sweater Sucker

One of various simple outfits I usually wore to uni :) It was a gloomy day and I presumed enough to wear a sweater at that day. As you may know,we rarely get cold weather here in Indonesia except when it's a rainy season or if you live at highland. And I definitely didn't want to lose the chance. I love wearing sweaters. I wish I could live in a country/city where I can wear sweater all day long. Oh I'm so envious with you who can feel the amazing fall/winter season!

Meet Sarah. One of my silly classmates at uni who took pictures of my outfit at that time. She's pretty? Oh yes,I've got sooo many pretty girlfriends up here! :)

Tweed it up!

Who's here into tweed blazer? I am! So lucky to find my very first one at thrift store with only about $2! Such a best find,right? I found it along with this lace skirt and this printed top last week. And because I'm so much in love with these babies,I immediately decided to bundle them in one look and rocked them to Cambridge on last Sunday. Of course after churchy time.

Trying hard to stay focus

Hello! Just a little update of my uni life. I found myself continuously went to campus almost everyday. Thesis is getting though while there are so much temptations coming over me. I really need something to make me stay focus on my thesis. A reason why I have to finish my bachelor thesis and graduate soon. But what?

Tjong A Fie Mansion part 2

Went to Tjong A Fie Mansion again but this time I went with these girls : Cellia (my sister) and Suzanne. I love this place and will never ever get bored with it. The culture mixture is clearly seen here. You can see the Malayan inspired windows assembled with a touch of Chinese culture as seen in the colour choices of the curtain and some furnitures. Well,I didn't take much pictures of the furnitures but maybe this post can help you to visualize the place :)

Loving Suzanne's sweater guard so much and lucky her,she got it from her mom. It's pretty,right?

Anyway,last Sunday was the last day I met Suzanne because she already left Indonesia on Tuesday to study abroad in London. Yes baby,LONDON!! She took Fashion Design at Instituto Marangoni London. So cool I know I knoowww!! I'm so proud of her yet also envious at the same time. Hahaha. Good luck,Suzanne! I know your love and passion for fashion will bring you to success in the industry. I know you can. Ouuhh,so damn proud of you!! ♥ ♥

So this is the end of my Tjong A Fie post. I recommend this place especially for you,tourists,because it's such a really cool place to visit when you are in Medan. I mean,there's so much vintage vibes you can get in this place. From the garden to the ballroom. You won't be disappointed!

Tribal Feet

Ok so I don't know why my face looked a little bit "tanned" here. It was,indeed,a sunny day. Is that really affecting? If it does,then probably I should take pictures in the morning or afternoon,right? So it's all about a good timing,hmm...

It's actually quite boring to take pictures at my neighbourhood again so I decided to take these pictures at church. A new background seems refreshing,right? Although this one is not my favorite,but it's pretty good :)

Anyways,I'm sooo in the mood for "boyish" shoes like these which I got from ShoeCorner. They're so comfortable to wear especially when I go to campus where the field is quite tough. Do you know that I'm an Agriculture student? Nope? Then you know now. Of course "the field" I mean is not that wet and filthy field. It's just imagery,haha. The "tribal" print is also reminds me of ULOS (re : traditional fabric of Bataknese's (North Sumatera - Indonesia)),which I think is really cool. What about you? Tell me what you think!
